Simplicity, first and foremost.

Software needs to solve complex problems and eliminate tedious tasks, it itself should contain neither. Design is paramount to ensure a clean and intuitive product that anyone can pick up within a matter of minutes without ever needing training.

Foster creative problem solving.

It would be naive to assume we know what is best for our customers. Instead, we obsess over user feedback and then apply clever software architecture to allow our customers to solve their problems in creative ways that are natural to their specific work flow.

Without support, software is worthless.

Support that is not prompt and effective will leave a customer stranded and frustrated. Only developers who create the software are qualified to support it. Once an issue is resolved, our team will discuss the root cause and measures to prevent its recurrence.

No points for second place.

We don't chase after the next "big thing", nor work with unproven technology. We develop software that we are confident will be the undisputed leader in its market, then stake our claim and vigorously defend it.

Our customers are our investors.

Our organization is, and always will be funded by the customers who purchase our products and thus we serve solely their interests, not those of stock holders and boards of directors.

The PlantLog CMMS allows facility engineering groups to perform and track asset condition monitoring and activity logging to ensure equipment is being checked routinely and that proper maintenance is carried out when scheduled. Additionally trending and analysis can be performed to help identify inefficiencies and predict system failures.

SurveyLog is a collaborative mobile data collection solution designed for small businesses and groups seeking to consolidate information gathering in the field. Using smartphones and tablets, users can quickly collect structured data that can later be consolidated into a single location. After which, collected data can be reviewed and shared as Excel files.

Vorpalware and Sapphire Base have partnered to bring the PlantLog facility data collection and reporting solution to industrial clients in South East Asia. Sapphire Base is now the exclusive distributor of the PlantLog solution within Malaysia and the surrounding region.
